By using the betn.click website and its associated mobile application (collectively, the "betn Platform"), you automatically agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between betn and its users. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Betn's terms and conditions are written in Bengali to ensure they are easily understood by users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive reference.

Age Requirement & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on the betn platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming in Bangladesh.

Single Account Policy

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings associated with them may be forfeited. betn has the ability to detect multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, bank account, or payment method.

Providing Accurate Information at Registration

At registration, you are required to provide your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and address. Registering with false information may result in account closure at any time, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Deposit Policy

Deposits on betn can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits made from someone else's account may not be accepted and could result in delays in returning the funds.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes; however, the first large withdrawal may take up to 24 hours if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Your account must have a completed KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Currency & Conversion

Betn processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No other currencies are currently supported. No additional charges are applied on our end, though your mobile banking service provider may apply their own fees.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a special Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, the first deposit must be made within a specified period after registration. The wagering requirement for the Welcome Bonus typically ranges from 5x to 20x.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A specified wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal. For example, with a 10x wagering requirement, a ৳1,000 bonus would require a total of ৳10,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• Bonus Abuse: Fraudulently exploiting the bonus system, such as registering with false information.
• Match Fixing: Participating in any form of match outcome manipulation.
• Hacking & Cyberattacks: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Use of Another Person's Information: Using another person's identity or payment method.

All betting activity on betn is conducted in accordance with internationally recognised standards. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, betn reserves the right to void bets under certain specific circumstances.

Bet Cancellation Terms

Betn may void or recalculate a bet under the following circumstances:

• If the event is not completed within the scheduled time.
• If there is a technical error in the odds at the time they are offered.
• If the official result is subject to change.
• If evidence of match fixing or unfair activity is found.

Result Settlement

All bet outcomes are determined based on results officially announced by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of any dispute, betn's decision shall be final. betn reserves the right to suspend any live betting market at any time.

Self-Closure of Account

Betn provides its services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, technical issues may occasionally cause disruptions. betn will not be held liable for any losses arising from such circumstances.

• Betn is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Betn is not responsible for failures on the part of third-party payment gateways.
• Betn is not responsible for issues arising from the user's own device or software.
• Betn is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions.

Betn's total liability shall not exceed the user's total account balance under any circumstances.

Betn reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will publish a notice on the website before changes take effect, and registered users may also be notified via SMS or email.
